Ray McColl and John Crocker are real estate bankers by background with combined experience of over 80 years. Most recently, they worked together at HSH Nordbank in London for several years, completing over £2.0 bn of deals together.

McColl Crocker Limited was established in 2012 to provide real estate debt advisory services. Whilst real estate remains at the core of the business, the range of debt advisory services has grown to include acquisition financing, cashflow lending, the provision of working capital, stabilising distress situations and general strategic advice around borrowing and financing.

The company is based in the West End of London at 48 Dover Street, London WS1 4FF.

John Crocker

Has over 45 years’ experience working on a variety of real estate transactions with a particular focus on offices, hotels, student accommodation and self-storage
Also gained considerable international experience including working full time in Central Europe and in other areas of banking including acquisition and leveraged finance, cashflow lending and treasury and capital markets.
Spent 20 years with the Bank Austria Group with his last role being Deputy General Manager & Head of Corporate Finance for the London Branch
Then became Deputy Chief Executive and Head of Lending & Treasury for Ahli United Bank (UK) Limited, (formerly the United Bank of Kuwait)
Before co-founding McColl Crocker Limited with Ray McColl in 2012, spent nearly 8 years at HSH Nordbank.

Nearly 40 years of UK and International lending experience, including almost 30 years in UK real estate
Experience in corporate finance, trade finance, asset-backed securities
Set up UK Real Estate finance operation within HSH Nordbank (formerly Hamburgische Landesbank) in 1999
Led growth of HSH’s UK real estate team and established HSH as a major provider of debt (senior, mezzanine and bridge equity) in the UK commercial property market
Total deals completed in excess of £4bn
